BRIEF: Sky Haven via Big Pine Lakes — June 6–7, 2026
This was a quick training hike to a summit I’ve stood on multiple times before. The hike was about 5200 ft of gain from the Big Pine Lakes trailhead and the south slopes of the peak are an exhausting scree slog.
